Henry James; 19th-20th Century British Literature


Dana Walters is a PhD student in English Language and Literature at the University of Chicago. She received a BA in English and American Literatures from Middlebury College in 2012, where she focused on the late phase of Henry James. At Chicago, she is interested in pursuing James's influence on the novel within the 20th century. Before matriculating, she worked as a presentation fellow for the political magazine National Journal and as the assistant to the executive director of the Berkman Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University.
