Biography
I received a B.A. in English and Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin—Madison in 2012. Afterwards, I taught 6th grade reading and language arts with the Teach For America program in Dallas, TX for two years. In 2017, I received an MA in English from New York University. At NYU, I completed a thesis analyzing Margaret Cavendish’s vital materialism and its relation to 17th century theories of cosmic pluralism, which won the Millicent Bell Prize for Most Outstanding Thesis.
