Biography
Heather received her B.A. in Art History and Education from Stanford University and M.A. in Art & Museum Studies from Georgetown University. Before coming to Chicago, she taught English at a Massachusetts public high school. Her research examines material, historical, and physiological approaches to the body, focusing on sweat, clothing, and processes of learning.
